Why my Blog is Idle

I miss blogging!!!!

It's been 4 months!!! My blog is idle, it doesnt move aint it?
Honestly i miss writing my blog & update my what & whereabout.

Wait! Blogger has changed its page?

The main reason i'm temporarily abandoning my blog:
1. I'd changed my job since last December. So much to catch up & so much to update in blog. For about    now, lets just dismiss the idea of updating the whole story here.
2. So much of happening!!
   Trip to Phuket, 3rd trip to Ho Chin Minh, trip to Pulai Spring (Johor Premium Outlet)...plus few other off-home stay which some i'd may totally forgot.
3. Concerts!!!
  Yup, I'd went to Avril & The Cranberries concert (on 4 April 2012)
   The Cranberries was superb!!!! I love you Dolores!!!! You are my star!
4. I bought myself an ipad!!!
    Well thats the actual hero! It just spoilt all my life! my whole life!
   I'm like someone who - tidur ipad, makan ipad, tv ipad, train ipad..except for mandi ipad - coz they  havent release that version just yet.
 So much to catch up with my ipad- especially the games.
Yup, i know, I'm a gamer freak! this is sicko i guess.

I'd abandoned a lot:
My reading...my cross stich...and few others..tv...etc...etc...
I realise how much i'd abandoned reading. (btw, i'd started reading again recently). I'm almost finish my 'Mini Shopholic'. Sighhh...read then since like whattt....November i guess?

Ok, enuf blabbing.
Hope I can catch up some, post up some updates..
(Got myself  a new camera ya....) Lets find some time to post the pic here, yeah....

Happy New Year - 2012

It's a New Year agaian!!!

It is a new beginning again...

..and I've been blogging since what? 2008 perhaps.

(however the no. of postings keep on reducing each year)

Hope this is a good year ahead, with less hassle, if possible no bad news.

Both of us (me & H) has just started off at a new organisation.

Its a whole new world...and my kids are both schooling now - form 1 & standard 1.

I look at it as a 'kick-start' year for us.

We're rolling all over again!

on the celebration part i.e. err more to fire-cracker show:
We'd planned to spend a nisht at Nusaputra.

Had our dinner somehwere around Putrajaya.
Then, waited for the countdown while lepaking around the lake club house.

Result: we only heard the sound, bunga api ntah kat mana.
So, rest of us, plus plenty of other visitors are all frustrated..huhu..

Blogging from Patong Beach

Hi there,
Am blogging from Patong beach.
Lucky there's wifi connection, so I quickly take this opportunity to update my blog thru my iPod.
Hmmm, not bad ya.

Today is our 3rd day here. Basically it's a 'do nothing day' today-just took a walk around Patong beach and all it's shops. Walk thru bangla road up to Jungceylon(it's famous mall). Yup, I'm showered by my own sweat. As usual... I'm always sweat a lot, but just around my face and head, huh.

Bought few tshirts & souvenirs today. Bought a banana crepe and grilled corn.

Tonight, we're going to Phuket Fantasea. Let's see if it really worth it. It costs us almost 6000baht hoho...approximately rm600, huhu...

Kuala Kangsar - The Majestic City

What was there in KK? (Kuala Kangsar).

It was actually my dad's hometown.

When I was a little girl, there was no electricity and water supply to my dad's kampung. So I'd got the experience of 'mandi' perigi (well) and survive the night with the gasoline lights.

It was until I'm about 9 or 10, then only my dad's kampung got to enjoy those facilities, and the phone line 'bout 5 years after that. In short, my late grandma got to enjoy the 'light' as well.

What else was there???...it was all about my dad.

This is dad's first school - S.K. Clifford, KK before he is offered to Sekolah Alam Shah, in KL when he was 16. In fact, he is SAS 2nd batch I think.

(Well, he spent most of his life in KL I guess, hehe)

Then, we drove along to the 'istana' area.

This is the Istana ( this palace is more to official ceremony, else the clan will be in Ipoh).

Mum told that my grandad was proudly claimed he'd prayed here before (note: my mum's dad was not from Perak).

Just wanna share something that was not really impressive.

Well, this house is surely gonna be beautiful if it is taken care of. And, i'm also wndering, this house sure gonna has its own story to be told.

I'd even imagining the owners and their kids running around the house with their 70's or 60's outfits.

(haha..i'm one sensitive human towards memories & what's left behind..huhu...)

New Octo's Gadget

So many things to share, but i'll just update whichever kind of important, huhu...

F requested for G-Shock (sabar aje...*eyes rolling* mak nye pun takde jam)...

Due to that, T request to have one also.

Lucky she's o.k wif cute watch from Girls Girls-RM29.90....else, waduhhh...

My M.A.C compacts dah nak abes, till the extend, its already terpecah2 & powdered here n there. Time for a new one.

Bought Burberry's compact.

i love its case & its texture!!
Good 'cover-up' & soft.
Love it!!

The set-back: I need to buy the whole compact each time.

It doesn't come with it's refill pack, urrrgghhh.....

A well imprinted Burberry's trademark.

(Keeping this to remind me of e date i'm buying it.

Let's see how long until the next purchase, hoho)

Deeepavali is somewhere end of October.

What a brilliant 3D floor-art @ Pavillion.

Beserah, Kuantan

Went to Beserah, Kuantan, for a breakaway.
Nothing brings us there. Its just that F has a trip to Gambang Water Park.

We went there to fetch her, then straight to Cherating. It is already almost 2pm by then. As expected, no more available rooms in good hotels around Cherating.

Note: It is just Club Med that I dont checked the other day.

Then, we move South, to Kuantan.

Finally we managed to secured a room at Duta Village, Beserah.
The only available room for the day. It is almost 4pm by then.

we choose the 'chalet' style, instead of the hotel's room.
Not bad, it fits all of us nicely. Just that it is a bit running down, but hey..it still worth the penny, I mean, it is reasonable. For RM160++, i think its worth it.

After refreshing ourselve, the its time for dinner.

We went to this restaurant. Superb!!!! i tell u....It is spesialise in keropok lekor, udang goreng tepung & sotong(squid) goreng tepung.
The fried rice isnt bad at all too.

Perrghhhh...memang best giler..
This is the 'udang goreng tepung' Pisang goreng pun ada..it looks exactly like this. Sah2 bancuhan tepung yg sama, hehe..

Suddenly I found out this resto is actually almost opposite of Swiss Garden Kuantan.

La....actually our hotel is just next to Swiss Garden. We're so exhausted & dont wanna scout around anymore, so just book whichever hotel. Rupanya, sebelah aje dgn Swiss Garden, muahaha....kisah nyer....

Nite- just lepaking at the hotel and have a supper at the hotel's resto.

The next day - beach moment for the kids.
As always, my kids rather choose the beach, rather than the pool.
The beach is not bad, I mean, better than P.D.
my poor lense..huhu...

Bila la nak beli new camera, hehe...(devil's laugh)

I think, this is a good time for my breakaway.

As my head is currently bengong, and I thot i'm all mess up with the 'leaving' decision, I put it as this breakaway will at least ease it off a bit.

As for my daily routine - at the office, I'm having the 'time of my life'.

Friends are all around, and we laugh, really loud....and its non-stop.

yess, it's the 'grinning' moment for me.

Oh ya, perhaps I havent update this yet:

Back in e opis, these juniors of mine are calling me "sugar mummy". Normmally they just address it as S.M.

So, hereon, I'm alwasy known as S.M as well.

Malacca-Family Day

Went to Malacca with the whole clan-for the family day.

I mean, a real family day, where all families get along.

Me with my parents. Bros came a bit later.

We're at Malacca bowling centre (MIBA or sumting, i think so). Theres a bowling tornament amongst our families, but i tak join pon..tolong nyebok aje...

After dropping by at the bowling centre, and after mum & dad had few chit chats wif their 'batch', we move on to Umbai for seafood session. Furthermore, we just had few light meals from morning.

We arrived around 6pm. Dont wanna wait for my bros-lembap cam siput, so we all makan dulu. Furthermore, dah agak lapar la time ni..since we hadnt had our proper lunch.

The next day - The family day.

Our clan are all clad in yellow, I'm the 5th generation ye...

As u can see, there're not many of us as most of our yellow clan ('tiger' we call it) are in KL. So, most of them didnt come. Unlike the rest of the family, they're in Malacca.

As the story goes, only my onyang travelled outside Malacca (he travelled to Kuala Kubu) and the rest remain in Malacca.

BTW-he took around a month to reach K.Kubu with his cattle and cart. Just imagine, that was in 1910++ (I guess so, as my grandma was born in 1926, and she's the youngest in the family)

He made his living by transporting passengers with his cart. So, I guess he wished to remain at K.K since he'd met someone & doesnt feel like coming back home, hehe.
