We Are The Champion

Yup, the office is 'clear' quite early today. I too rushed back to secure a seat at 1 of our 'dapur' i.e the Craven cafe nearby my house.

Congratulations!!! The boys did it, yahooo!!!
There's more reason to be proud of Malaysian, huh?

I was unconciously jumping high when the penalty was saved at the very early minutes. God knows how relief we are beb...sigh...

The match ended with INA 2-MAS 1, but since the Tiger has won the first leg, they won the champion by the leading aggreagate.

Congratulations Boys!! A job well done!

Indonesia says Malaysia cheated on victory during first leg of AFF Cup final
December 28, 2010 Comments (1)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

JAKARTA, INDONESIA (BNO NEWS) — The Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) on Monday said Malaysia’s national team cheated during the first leg of the Asean Football Federation (AFF) Cup final on Sunday, the Jakarta Post reported.

Nurdin Halid, head of the PSSI, said a powder which causes itchiness and allergic reactions was discovered in front of Indonesia’s goal net in the Bukit Jalil football stadium in Kuala Lumpur. The match was won by Malaysia by 3 goals to zero.

According to Halid, the suspicious powder affected Indonesian goalkeeper Markus Haris Maulana and other defensive players as it caused itchiness which had a negative effect in their performance during the first leg match.

In addition, the Indonesian team claimed that, during the match, Malaysian supporters were aiming laser beams at their eyes. The game was stopped after 53 minutes and the Indonesian team walked off the field in protest.

Stadium authorities called for measure and warned that the match could be suspended if that behavior continued. The game eventually resumed after five minutes and Malaysia then scored three goals in minutes 53, 71, and 68.

Indonesia has announced that it will file a formal protest with the Asean Football Federation as the team claims it was terrorized since they were in a bus heading towards the stadium.

It was Malaysia’s first final in 14 years and first victory over Indonesia since 1979. The second leg is scheduled to take place in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Harimau Malaya vs Garuda

hey, its been awhile that I didnt post any sports updates (ever since the 2010 Worldcup)

Well, recently, theres a Suzuki championship, a football tournament for the South east Asean countries.

I missed watching it at the stadium, when Malaysia won 2-0 against Vietnam. then, on the 2nd leg, managed to watched it from Bukit Bintang area. The draw in 2nd leg quailifies Malaysia to be in the finals.

So, its tonight, where Malaysia needs to face Indonesia in the 1st leg of the finals.

What more, we won 3-0!!! Gud job boyzzz...

And..it does not just a winning goals, it were all superb goalssssss!!!! it was brilliant, sharp & tactfully.
Beside those winning roar, it was a bit frustrating as some 'unmatered' fans throwing those bottles, firecrackers..& pointing lasers at the players. Such a stupid thingy, a never changed attitude. I wish all fans out-there to be all civilised, c'mone...we're in the 21st century already, dude..
Anyway, ital all job-well-done!!
BTW, theres another 2nd leg in Jakarta next Wednesday. Good luck, all.
(hmm..H reluctants to watch it at the cafe nearby our home, huh-so frustrating )

Singapore Day 2

Phew, it took me forever to update my lifestory here.
Yup, true enuf, I'm not an author or a film director.

So,today, I wanna share our xperience on our day 2 in Singapore.

*********************

We wake not so early in the morning, perhaps around 9.30am or so.

We drove to the Zoo, yup zillion thanks again to the GPS. We arrive there safely.

The zoo's map-guide.
Whoaa, the parking lot was full, so H need to park quite far & walked back to the Zoo, pity him,,huhu..

The crowd, q-ing for tickets.
The fare - we took the 'Admission + Tram rides'
Tram ride tu penting tu...we all ni bukannya larat sgt nak berjalan, dah la paneh kan..
25sgd * 2.43= kira la sendrik baper RM
**********************

Some photos during the trip.

Dugong..
Its quite big babe...no wonder the dugong is known as 'sea cow' in english. Memang bosar cam lembu pun..

Berenang dgn penuh slow-motion la sea cow ni.

**********************

So, this is what Singapore zoo'z famous for - the big/long nose monkeys.
It's quite rare monkeys. But in think in M'sia, we can found plenty of them in Sabah's wild -life center.
*************
Actually theres quite a number of animals here. No wonder it is one of the best zoo in Asean.

What rare are those penguins & dugongs, the rest are more & less, similar to KL's zoo.

But 1 thing for sure, the exhibits are quite small, but sure there's animal in each exhibit. Unlike KL, tho the exhibit's quite big, some of them are just empty. Sometimes, I need to 'zoom' my eyes & check if i'd missed any 'animal' in the exhibit, hehe (tanah tumpah nya darah ku, hehe..)
Good thing is that my babies are all grown-ups.
There's no need to bring stroller, susu, milk, thermos, pampers..etc..etc...unlike ages ago.

They're quite independent now, a water bottle, tissues, wet tissues, sunglasses (to name a few), its all I need to carry nowadays.

My grown-up babies
Zebras at my girl's perspective.
Too bad, I dont include any of her photos in my blog. Maybe some other time.

Zee-bra (hehe)
Quite a small exhibit for zebras, as u can see here.

Gheeee, Mr. Mufasa is staring right at me, scary babe..

Thumbelina wif anaconda, which she refused to take pic with, at first.

The anaconda is quite huge tho...

but of coz it was not as long as the plastic/robotic in the movie ya,

Yayyy, theres kid measurement board. We started to measure T, just to ensure which rides she can takes on tomorrow, at the Universal Studio.

the 3 stooges, :D
White siberian tiger
Couldnt find any Malayan tiger. Probably they have remove it, over the tragedy few years back.

**********

Hippo!!! aka Gloria, hehe
Of coz theres a souvenir shoppe before the entrance.

As usual, my girls wont come empty-handed.

One of her fav-giraffe's head-band and 'tail'
Back from the zoo, we walked along Orchard Road. Drop by at few boutiques, but none really catch my attention, hoho. But finally, Longchamp jugak, dapat seketul, hehe.
Along Orchard Road.
As christmas is around the corner, its deco were everywhere,...

We had McD (again...) that nite, coz we are not really sure where halal resto really is in
Orchard Rd.

As usual, the traffic is quite bad at Orchard Rd.
At Si'pore's tourism centre.
Thats all for the 2nd day. We'll back for more,

Singapore Day 1

Yes...finally able to complete my Spore's Day 1.

We depart early, perhaps around 8am. Went to Nusaputra for breakfast, etc, then we start heading South at around 9.30am. Its raining almost the whole of the journey.
We took the 2nd link (exit at 'Tuas'), so we didnt passed J.Bharu, but straight to the checkpoint instead.

Its around 1.30pm. Mostly are Singaporean cars, with few of J.B's plat numbers. KL's plat..urmm..hardly be seen.

Welcome..

Imigration checkpoint.

This is our first experience entering S'pore with own vehicle.
We need to buy the 'Auto-pass', i.e. similar to our T&Go. Bought it for 15sgd (i think so). Plus..few minutes of tutorial session, as we need to know how to use it. When/where to top-up etc...btw, it can be top-up at any 7-11, around Spore.

Heading to the hotel straight-Hidup menjadi mudah bersama GPS., :)

Madame co-pilot

Checked-in to our hotel (around Orchard Rd.)
Relax awhile, freshen-up & straight to Sentosa/Universal studio for the firework show.

Views around S'pore

Universal Studio Singapore (USS)

On Friday & Saturday, theres a firework show in USS.
With only 5dollar, we can enter the USS at 7pm. But the Q started since 6pm.
Some of views in USS at night.
left: the Far far away castle....nice eh..
Actually nothing much to do, besides dinner & taking pictures.
Basically, only 'New York' and 'Hollywood' towns are open at night. As for the rest, it can be entered during the day time only, ya...
The fireworks started at about. 9.30pm.
(the show was so-so, but not bad....this is just my poor cam.)
We left 'bout 10pm..the best part is....
the parking there cost us..19.90sgd!!!!...whoaaa...hehe...
