Last Day of 2012

Hi there...

Dis is the last day of 2012...the last working day in 2012.

This has been a good year for me....
-New handbags..hehe (Anya (red), Coach, Gucci & Warehouse)
-New purse (2 Coaches - salmon & purple)
-ipad!!!!  (i was soooo attached to it..sicko!!!)
-My T already in Standard One
-My F already in form One (time's running fast, huhu)
-I managed to complete a year in my new Organisation, new frenz, new environment, new colleagues and new job to match (not forgotten, managed to get confirmation on time ya...huahua).
- H got a new job (since January'12)




-Travel: Went to Ho Chin Minh in Feb.(wif mum, dad & sis), Hanoi in May, Singapore & Legoland in Nov.)
-Sis got married...
-H bought a watch for me on my birthday!!! (was just yesterday, btw) Thanx...will 'try' to handle it wif care.

Few other things in my head is still not accomplish.

We'll see....

Concerts in 2012

Its clearly shows that this year was  my  year of concerts.

In fact- the first time ever. 

Trust me, never been to one before.

1st : Avril Lavigne 

Date: 18 Feb. 2012

Venue: Stadium Merdeka

We were at the 'Rock Zone'

Damaged: 298 * 3pax

(u do the math)

Went there with H and my little Fairy.

It was Avril's final world tour route.

We do enjoy the show tho at times she was like a bit malas to perform.

I do enjoy her songs anyway, eventhough it was drizzling that nite.

Ada ramai budak2 kecik jugak. 

We parked nearby the stadium.

And T was baby-sited by my mum, hehe.

The Cranberries!!!!!

Yaayyyyy!!!!

Cranberries made it to Kuala Lumpur!!!

How I've been waiting for this - since the 90's k....

Date: 4 April 2012 

(wednesday i think-so its a mid week)

Venue: Stadium Negara

Total damage: RM259 * 2

(We were at the very front zone)

Went there straight from my office. Me and H were accompanied by sis n her fiancee.

I was sooo excited while waiting for Dolores to turn up.

Yayyyy...

She finally turned up with her first song - 'Dream'.

Crowds went crazy soon as we heard her voice.

(including me of course, hehe)

She's in her 40's yet she was so energetic!

The show was awesome!!!!

Crowds went even crazier when she performed her famous - Zombie

Credit to her band as well. They're amazingly cool & perfect!!

She sang most of her greatest moment songs, plus her latest release.

Sang all the way!!! 

(of course I have all Cranberries albums, hoccay...)

Kudos to Cranberries!!!!

Love her concert, her songs, her performance!!

Please come again to Kuala Lumpur!!

Michael Bolton

Venue: KL Planery Hall (KL Convention ctr)

We were at the higher level - tho I bought the gold seats, huhu.

But luckily we're at the front row.

I've forgotten the opening song, huhu.

M.B has a powerful voice. No doubt about it.

But since the concert are 'too formal'..and ppl are all well seated, 

and more seniors (i believe so) so it was a really formal show and no ppl dance on feet, hehe.

It's just me who way swaying here n there on my chair, hehe.

Yup- M.B was also awesome, talented guy.

In short, we enjoy the show that nite.

Never thot I'm going to M.B concert - it just never came across my mind.

To wrap my page - these are one of the best moment in 2012.

And surely, was part of my life's journey.

Will remember this for always....

especially the Cranberries as it was the most enjoyable show.

HANOI (26 May to 30 May 2012)

Hola!!!!!!!

Never update all of my events this year huh???....

Well, lets kick-in some travel updates - my kind of story.

We spent-as usual 5d 4n trip to Hanoi.

It was the beginning summer, so, to expect some sort of perpeluhan - so we carry lite apparels. 

Uniqlo is our favourite travel apparel of choice.

I dont really recall where & what we've done. So just a simple note here:

Day 1- Arrival n checked in at 'Jasmine Hotel' (nearby old quarter).

(hotel cost: USD104.50- include arrival pick-up (murah kan?))

After checked-in, browsing along 'old-quarter' area. 

There's 2 halal resto: Restaurant Nisa & The Tandoor.

Day 2- Went for trip - Tam Coc river cruising.

Before the river cruising, we were brought to some old temples. 

It seems that Hanoi was previously a quite powerful peninsular.

After the temple - we went to Tam Coc.

Day 3 - Dong Xuan market trip - jalan2 but dont really shopping that much.

Plenty of silk, but too much of Vietnames style - so I tak minat.

Afternoon - went for 'Puppet Show'.

Day 4 - Ha long Bay trip.

It took about 4 hours drive (went there by van).

Lunch was served on the boat - really yummy seafood. (mana taknye, perut pun dah kebulur kan...)

Day 5 - Browsing old quarter area and back to KL.

 Ramai kan umat nak naik boat....

 It cost us about RM15 kut - for the whole boat.

A lady, and she even gave us the chance to row the boat.

 To me, this is really the highlight of the trip.

I'd enjoyed those sceneries:

 - nice view, windy,  redup, very calming...and we sang wif my BB all the way!!!

 Those green plants are 'padi' hoccay....

Nite - Had dinner at The Tandoor resto. 

Its a vege resto, I suppose.

Day 4 - Ha long  Bay

 These are the boat...hmmpphhh...ingat kan cantik sangat...

I really cant recall how much we spent for the 1 day trip 

(u actually have option to sleep in one of the island)

 Water village.

They got school, television & fan you know....

 Ada trip to a cave.

Penatnye....sib baik masih gagah.

btw - we travel thru MAS.

I think the fare is around 3k++ for all of us.
