Happy New Year - 2012

It's a New Year agaian!!!

It is a new beginning again...

..and I've been blogging since what? 2008 perhaps.

(however the no. of postings keep on reducing each year)

Hope this is a good year ahead, with less hassle, if possible no bad news.

Both of us (me & H) has just started off at a new organisation.

Its a whole new world...and my kids are both schooling now - form 1 & standard 1.

I look at it as a 'kick-start' year for us.

We're rolling all over again!

on the celebration part i.e. err more to fire-cracker show:
We'd planned to spend a nisht at Nusaputra.

Had our dinner somehwere around Putrajaya.
Then, waited for the countdown while lepaking around the lake club house.

Result: we only heard the sound, bunga api ntah kat mana.
So, rest of us, plus plenty of other visitors are all frustrated..huhu..

Malacca-Family Day

Went to Malacca with the whole clan-for the family day.

I mean, a real family day, where all families get along.

Me with my parents. Bros came a bit later.

We're at Malacca bowling centre (MIBA or sumting, i think so). Theres a bowling tornament amongst our families, but i tak join pon..tolong nyebok aje...

After dropping by at the bowling centre, and after mum & dad had few chit chats wif their 'batch', we move on to Umbai for seafood session. Furthermore, we just had few light meals from morning.

We arrived around 6pm. Dont wanna wait for my bros-lembap cam siput, so we all makan dulu. Furthermore, dah agak lapar la time ni..since we hadnt had our proper lunch.

The next day - The family day.

Our clan are all clad in yellow, I'm the 5th generation ye...

As u can see, there're not many of us as most of our yellow clan ('tiger' we call it) are in KL. So, most of them didnt come. Unlike the rest of the family, they're in Malacca.

As the story goes, only my onyang travelled outside Malacca (he travelled to Kuala Kubu) and the rest remain in Malacca.

BTW-he took around a month to reach K.Kubu with his cattle and cart. Just imagine, that was in 1910++ (I guess so, as my grandma was born in 1926, and she's the youngest in the family)

He made his living by transporting passengers with his cart. So, I guess he wished to remain at K.K since he'd met someone & doesnt feel like coming back home, hehe.

Salam Aidilfitri 1432 Hijrah

Salam Aidilfitri to all.... this is my 35th aidilfitri, alhamdullilah...

Well, all i can said, that's 'almost no' preparation this year.

Just bought a baju kurung for T (which i accidently spot at MetroJaya during the early Ramadhan, where i'm actually looking for her swimming-suit).

It is quite big tho, (i bought it coz it is beautiful). So, she end-up wearing her sis's baju kurung during the aidilfitri, hehe.

And F-couldnt find any suitable baju kurung, so she end-up with her last year's kebaya, & borrow my black sarong to match it.

Good thing is, my kids dont even complaint.

Well, I worked tll the last minute (poyo...aje).

Then, I'd cooked the 'kuah kacang' for the first time..ngeh ngeh ngeh... (itu pun after my mum suruh- as she cant help it anymore)

1. We are not going anywhere this year. No Cameron trip. T's exam coming-2nd week of raya.

2. I lost my camera charger. Puas ku carik before raya tak jumpa2 (after raya baru jumpa, chaitt!)

Salam Ramadhan to all...

May all our good deeds are accepted by Him.

It is the month full of 'berkath'.

As I always told F, if she prays..in this month she'll got double rewards. And, for anything good she's doing, she'll get a double rewards i.e pahala. (this will inspire her, i hope so, hehe)

Today is 1st Ramadhan, 1st of August & it is Monday.

I take leave from work-coz it'll be hectic by end of day. Usually on the 1st of Ramadhan. Coincidently, F's school is also taking a day off.

As me & F is off today, T automatically took an off day from her kindergarden.

I'd went to pasar Ramadhan with F. Best nyer...

We break the fast at my mum's house. This is the best part of the day, hehe.

So on that day, all need to dress-up in middle eastern way, where possible.

Niece's B'day

Yayyy!!! its time to celebrate the birthday for my youngest niece.

It was held at her granny's home, together wif hari raya open hse.

What a surprise!! a ben10 cake for a girl?

What?? it seems that sang kakaknya yg request for the ben10 cake, and requested all to call her ben10.

What seems funny is, according to her mum, dia tak minat pun tengok citer ben10, cuma suka character tu aje...ooooo itu macam pun ada ka?

And..for the rest of the day, I called her 'ben10', hehe.

So, this is the birthday girl whose sharing the birthdate wif MJ(29/08).

Kesian baby D, tak pasal2 dapat cake ben10, instead of barney, pooh etc, hehe..wutever la kan...janji kek...
