Mad 'bout Bottle Caps

Lovely day...i'm fabulous!!

Di atas adalah ayat2 nak sedapkan hati seorang maknusia yg tgh di bebani workload for almost 80kg..hahah...sukati aku je match kan the weight..

Back to the title, today is the final game for the bottle cap. (sorry, coz i always publish my post backdated, so bizi ahh..)

You remember playing the 'bottle caps'? or famously known as 'main tutup oren'.

Still remember my school dayz where all games came by season. When its time for tutup oren, then the girls will occupied with 'batu seremban'. Then, its also a season for main' chop tiang', 'lompat getah', main 'chop'(chop guna bola tennis) & ntah apa2 lagi...

So, its time to refresh those memoirs.

Got a match this week. I met 'Bella ea Fera'. Our team won, but due to insufficient point, we cant go the final.

The final is btw Jaguh Kampong & Joga Bonito.

And the champion....Jaguh Kampong la...apalagi...nama pun 'jaguh'.....

How to play:

First, spread the caps.

2nd- Opponent got to choose any 1 cap to be taken out (1st strategy)

3rd-Opponent gotta chose the 1st 2 caps for player to hit..of coz..taktik paling kejam akan digunakan di sini.

2nd strategy...carik the most susah to hit..taktik busuk hati is required here..('',)

Finally, if the player manage to hit all caps, then only they can 'timbang' for the point.

The tactics..pakai kepung-kepung gitew...

Remember? we have to hit all caps before we could 'timbang'.
And the timbang, must be via the 'cangkuk' tactic. As my colleague call it-'cengkaman harimau'..haha.

This is the 'timbang' (bulatnya tangan ..rasa cam nak buat berger hik hik..)

This really recalls those good 'ol school dayz..and today, its where we can see those bapak2 orang jumping tak hengat...& mak2 orang gelak sampai dah kuar ayaq mata.
Its really fun to have all these games.

After the 3rd game, my team is 3rd place in the current standings.
next game to come.... "C.o.n.g.k.a.k".

Happy Mommies' Day

Yesterday, went to Sogo, but before that as usual, isi perut dulu.

Reach Jln TAR, gosh, I'd never imagine the traffic was that bad there. I think its almost 3 years that I'd never been to Sogo.

Drop by at The Ship (oww...I miss its beef fried rice).

Pity me, they're having Mothers' Day menu, so theres a MD's set menu, plus other menus, except for chinese dishes.

Uwaa.....daku dah terbayang2 nak bedal beef fried rice, takpun prawn fried rice.

Kiddos - the bread & butter is a must!

I'd ordered the chicken maryland instead. The fried banana..yummy!!

Nyopping Sogo, 2 blouse & skirt for me. Terbeli gak Lego Dora for Thumbelina..

(yg geram tu, kakak nyer yg sebok tunjukkan, of coz la budak kecik tu nak..geram tak?? so many toyz back home..grrr)

My Savvy

H sent my car to service centre yesterday as the 'auto' mode has malfunction(as usual, sapa yg selalu guna, dia la kena hantar kan?)

My o' my...he's been told that he need to change the entire gear i.e the AMT (auto-manual transmission) set.

And u know how much its cost??? 14k..got it?

Gosh, such a tiny car (and cheap too) with such an expensive gear box. Tips to u guys, Savvy's maintenance is quite expensive ya..

The engine and gear box, are by Renault. Bare that, only its body made locally.

Remember Savvy's advert? the car was slammed & smashed by pakcik giant but no impact to the guys in the car..kengkunun nak citer yg body nye kuat la tu...eleh...

But my car so far in good condition lagi la..dented sikit2 tu biasa ar (motor punye keje la nih, depa kan suka cilok2) takleh dented kalu, naik beskal arr...

Back to the gear box, full gearbox set need to be imported, thats why it cost that much (gilo apo..)

But H were told to find the extended warranty letter. With the hope that Proton still can bear the repairing/replacement cost.

If suruh acik kalu - ala..ngko repair je la apa2 yg patut..janji minyak gear tak leaking balik jadik ar...manual punya buleh pakai lagi hape......(hahah...gelak gergasi)
If terpaksa gak, acik bayor je la..nak wat camne...if dlm 1k tu ampun lagik la(tapi nangis jugak la kan..) Takkan acik nak jual bro.savvy ni kat pasar mlm lak...

As of Friday, lucky Proton accepted our warranty, reason:

1. H only take the car to Proton service centre (gud boy) and

2. The extended warranty still valid

Lega acik...left my savvy there for 'bout 2 weeks.

(baru ingat nak hangkut swift..muahahhhh...cengkonon je la..i kan support Malaysian made.kakaka..)

This is how it looks after each downpour. Love the sense, the breeze and its smell. It was all so fresh and cool.

Spot these 2 hornbills the other day. Try to zoom as far possible.
I’m quite nearby to the city center, yet the hornbills are in my neighborhood. Dats fabulous!

Nights In Rodanthe

Last weekend, to the Pavillion again (again???)

Whats so good 'bout it? Thot we wanna watch the Fast&Furios3, but since we reach there quit late, decided to jalan2 instead.

Bought few fairies books (again???), will share it later, but depending on my intuition (what does intuition got to do with blogging anyway, huh-but I do believe in that).

Well, while I'm in the dvd store, H wave this dvd to me.

Whoa!!!! my 'Nights in Rodanthe'??

Great!!! The movie was not released in our cinema but at least the dvd arrived. Good enuf, Quickly grabbed it, furthermore its just RM49.90. Obviously quite cheap, compared to others.
Bought other dvds as well, (while my main intention is to search for the 'Stolen Hearts', sigh).

Bought Serendipity(love this) and All About Ah Long (a kantonese movie-looking for it for so longg).

Nights in Rodanthe

Unlike other Nicholas Spark's adapted movies(Walk to Remember & The Notebook), I can say that this movie is almost 100% adapted from the novel, except the fact that in the novel, Adrianne is actually is flashing-back & recalling those memories to her disheartened daughter.

Love the house (or is it suppose to be the motel) by the shore...just beautiful

At a glance, the movie is about a man and woman in a middle-age crisis where their life is halfway thru, but somehow all seems so wrong.
Adrianne’s x-husband wanted to mend their relationship whilst Paul (a doctor) is running away from his life when his wife and son left him for being so committed to his job and neglected them.
The two then happened to met at the motel and find that they complete each other.

Paul then left to join his son in Ecuador and promised Adrianne he’ll be back for her in a year, once he manage to convince his son and put everythings right again between them.

So, theres love-letters for jovial Adrianne through out the year, waiting for Paul to come back to her. …guess what happen next….

(why am I becoming a movie reviewer suddenly?, huh. Not bad for a novice, ha)

Thats 'bout it. Love the movie, and if u're wondering how I love these kind of movies: Its because its our life reality. And each of these came with a life message and lessons to be learned, or in short ‘its our life’.

As my sis said to me- I live in fantasy.

Shes probably rite but hey lets fantasized, nothings wrong. At least I’ve been ‘there’ once, and I knew how its like.
