Earthquake

At 'bout 6.20pm, while was chit-chatting with my 2 colleagues, I suddenly felt like somebody's rocking my chair.

Then I go - hey, look, another earthquake!
I'm definite 'bout it coz we'd experienced it couple of times.

BUT, this time, it was swaying non-stop, for until 'bout a minute or more!.
Gosh, I quickly baca ayat kursi, until I'm done, the building is still swaying.
The fan nearby my was rocking and my money plant's water are all wobbling!

Then, a friend started to feel dizzy, and I quickly called H. He told me he felt it as well & going back immediately.

There me goes, immediate sign-out & switch off my pc. c.a.b.u.ttttt!!!!!!

Damn, waiting for the lift its like forever. Waited for until bout 15minutes before I manage to touch down. Everybody rushed down!

Then, someone smsed infm us, theres an earthquake nearby Padang at 7.9 sc.richter.
Thot so...already predicted the quake must be quite obvious coz the shaking was the worst ever and the longest we'd ever experienced.


My pray goes for the victims, gosh di bulan Syawal pulak tu.

Watched Awani tonite, the students in Padang said Ambacang hotel in Padang was also affected. Gosh, we'd stayed there before, takutnya.....quite worried of my upcoming bali trip already..huhu.

There we goes, right up to Cameron Highland on the 3rd Hari Raya.

If u guyz wondering why my driver plug his MP4 while driving;

its just another some un-intelligence reason..., we shared a totally different songs..and thats it!

Haha..funny eh? While I'd alwayz wanted to listen to my U2, goo goo dolls, cranberries, bla..bla..etc, he preferred a slow-malay number..sorry, NOT my number, k...

So, mem gotta conquered the car's audio & the owner of the car had to listen to his MP4, heheh.

(mesti la kena mengalah ngan ladies, kan? *wink*wink*)

Gotta to pay RM280 for the room, 'bout 60% increased from our last visit. Expected doh....as now is quite peak.

Its almost 6.30pm when we reach there.

Nothing much to be done when its started to dusk. And that the whole-lot purpose actually.

We just wanna be there to rest n relax, thats all.

Then, its dinner time.

Drop at Equatorial for dinner. Too bad they serve just only buffet and mostly are indian cuisine. Sorry, not in the mood for indian cuisine now.

So, we left to Strawberry Park Resorts instead. Yup, this is what we wanted.

Next day, posing for hari raya before we checked-out.

As usual, a trip to nursery is a must (what a typical girl i am, gheee)
Some orchids. Bought 1 for myself.

I was so alive when I was there..it was stunningly beautiful!

Then we left to the market. Bought lotta sweet corns, strawberries (bet, u dont know how much my kids love strawberries), oranges and few veggies.

Opps, not forgetting few wraps of roses for me. tapi beli sendiri la kan. if nak harap kan pakcik tu, sampai kerepot pun dia takkan belikan kut, huhu..sian...
(except for) before getting married... :(

Note-but he bought n paid the rest btw,..i just bought my roses & plants, hehe..

Salam Aidilfitri 1430 Hijrah

Salam Aidilfitri from all of us

This year, we celebrate our 1st day Eid' in Ipoh.

F got tremendously excited when granny started to mingle in her kitchen since 5 a.m, so she joined her. F helped her 'opah' to prepare the dishes and arrange those raya cookies while mum still zzzzing..hehe.

Mum got out of room just after 8 am, when its time for Eid's prayers.

When bunch of guys went out for prayers and left F alone watching the tv, she started to zzzing..oh ho..

She slept till noon & my baby T only wakes-up at 11.30am.

Hmmm....thats the result of joining their uncle watching those FA league till 2 am the nite before, gosh...

In short, while the whole H's family posing for Raya, none of my kids is around, huhu..

But then, while staying in our fav hotel in Cameron, I'd come out with an idea - hey, why dont we capture some of 2009 Eid' momento here?, brilliant ha?

Final Ramadhan

Salam,

Today, the final day of Ramadhan. Finally this Ramadhan has come to its end.

While we're all happy, and eager to celebrate Hari Raya, there are some who wish this holy month will be forever - they are those who'd leave us, leave the world.

I'm still at home, do some minor house chores, and some laundry so that it wont all that mess when we're back here.

Nothing much, just wanna share 2 Aidilfiri hampers received by H

So, we'll be going back to ipoh this late afternoon. Sure the traffic gonna be bad, uh. Gonna spend my raya at my in-law this year, after 3 years in-a-row in my mum's due as H dont wanna go thru the heavy traffic. Normally we'll be in Ipoh by evening of Aidilfitri.

Till here, just wanna wish all friends out there and whoever dropping by here a Selamat hari raya Aidilfitri.

Maaf andaikata some of writings here hurt you coz being a normal human being, we are not perfect and sometimes i may hurt others without me realizing it.

Finally, would like to share my experience with someone recently who simply judge a person sesuka ati tok nenek dia. Aku pun jahiliah jugak but i just dont have the guts to say such a thing to someone. Lupa kat tuhan ke apa, i just dont wanna say anything.

Sorry, I'm unable to say anything right away at that time, otherwise sure dgn aku2 sekali kena sembur or free2 dpt komen sarcastic.

Hmm..what should I do ek?

On Leave

Yayyy!! I'm on leave today.

What a relief to have a day off & spending the day at home.

F went to her sekolah agama so i stay at home with T. Yayyy 'just the two of us' (ala2 lagu will smith sikit, eh).

So, here is T, she sleep till 1pm.

Can u imagine that? Anyway its ok for me, can spend some time for the house chores.

2 of us went to Giant to do some groceries. T didnt stop talking, all the way!

Do some cooking, gheee..the first time ever in Ramadhan, can u imagine that!..huhu..

Did tomyam soup, sambal sotong, asparagus & ikan goreng pedas, yummy!!
