Yayyy!!!! holy-daying time!!!
In short- I love Bali.
Its kind of a unique people, culture & lifestyle. Too bad, 5d/4n is just not enuf for us to explore the entire island. We cant even explore the west Bali, and no island-visiting at all. Just run out of time., huhu.
FYI, it took bout 12 hrs non-stop driving to circle around the island. So, imagine, how big the island is.
Note- the infrastructure was not that good, the roads are all narrowed, thats another reason why it took 12 hrs.

Here T, sitting next to me. Got lucky coz we occupied the whole row. maybe its just our luck coz theres 2 free seats next to H, so F moved next to him.
(she reads the PPG book thruout the journey-gaya mcm la terel baca, haha)
The only setback of that 3 hrs journey was that theres a whole bunch of family(bout 10 or 12 of them) sat in front of us, where some of them got separated, sitting way behind them. So, the whole %$#@ ppl kept on prong-prang...prong-prang tak reti diam..& marching to & fro...really annoying lar..rasa nak lempang pun ada, haharr..
Adoyai..ni yg letih bila 'geng2' depa dah ramai ni kan. aduss..naseb la badan....

We touched-down@ Denpasar at about 8.30pm.
Around Ngurah Rai Airport
The airport is quite big, probably abt the size of Subang Airport.
Since i've booked a 'supir' (driver)-he'd awaited us fr. the airport & brought us for dinner at 'Wang Solo' - love its food.
Clockwise-ayam penyet (or here we called it 'penyek'), sambal udang & sambal terung, ayam goreng & the resto-'Wang Solo'.

Got lucky coz managed to ctc a muslim supir - note: restoran 'Babi Guling' (ooops) were everywhere in Bali. Where the population are 90% hindus in Bali, we gotta be careful on looking for the right restos.

Our hotel - Vilarisi. Its located somewhere near the Legian street.
We arrived on Saturday night-or Balinese called it 'malam libur'.
No wonder it was sooo 'happening' out there ard. Legian St.
I'd always thot Kuta was the 'event-centered', without knowing that actually Legian St. are all jammed-packed wif pubs & discos, besides boutiques & stalls.
And one thing for sure, mat salehs were everywhere...probably as much as the locals.
